#FollowtheLite January 2016 Feature – Seun Ajewole

Follow the Lite

LiteWork Events originated as a vision to create an Urban Socialite Network in Boston. What better way to build on this vision than to highlight some of Boston’s most dynamic urban young professionals and socialites! Check out our latest feature, and hopefully you’ll also catch up with them at our next event!

Name: Seun Ajewole Seun Ajewole
Where are you from?
 Lagos, Nigeria

Alma Mater? Boston College (2010)
What brings you to Boston? I came to Boston through my father who attended BU for a Master’s Degree via a fellowship through World Bank. I’ve grown up in the city and consider myself a Bostonian.

Tell us about yourself (What are you passionate about? Any side hustles?): Since graduating from BC, I’ve developed a unique skill set and holistic view of the healthcare industry; ranging from payer-based contracting to provider supply chain management. Outside of the industry/corporate experience, I’m passionate about creating a platform for under-represented and marginalized individuals through creativity and innovation. I’m part of a group called CLLCTV BOSTON and I handle some of the visuals for our projects, which include events like The Wave and other social initiatives. This past Summer we co-hosted BEAN Fest – a community music and arts festival focused on showcasing the diverse talent found within Boston and its surrounding areas.

What’s one thing we should know about you? I now plan to start my MBA this spring.
